Bike Riding Anglesea
The Region
At the start of the Great Ocean Road Anglesea has some magnificent cross country and mountain bike trails on offer. Weaving through the Anglesea Heath you are bound to see amazing flora and fauna. At the top of the climbs you will see glimpses of the southern ocean below. We recommend starting your adventure at the Hurst Rd trail head and following the signs from there. The Trails
The trails are best suited to mountains bikes both hard tail and dual suspension that suits all ages and abilities. There is plenty of fun jumps and berms to keep you entertained. For more information refer to the Surf Coast MTB trail page.
After heavy rain the trails can become un-rideable and might be closed, so please ensure you check the Anglesea MTB trail status before heading off.
