Will Rent My Bike Australia Deliver and Pick-Up Bike Rentals?

Yes. Rent My Bike Australia want to make your rental experience easy and enjoyable. We can deliver/pick-up bike rentals to Geelong, Torquay, Bellarine or Forrest for a reasonable charge. This service is available through the 'Book Your Rental' process.

If you require delivery / pick-up outside our listed suburbs or regions please contact us prior to your rental to quote and organise this service.

What if my bike has a mechanical problem?

All bike shop rentals are regularly serviced and maintained to the highest standard by the bike rental shop and are checked prior to being released to the customer. If a mechanical failure occurs during the rental period and is of no fault of the customer, return the bike rental to the rental shop and we will fix the failure or organise a replacement rental bike asap.

What else do I need when collecting my bike?

You will need to bring a piece of ID (a drivers license is perfect) and the credit card you made your booking with. Rent My Bike Australia hold a copy of your credit card on file for any incidentals that may occur.

Do you rent eBikes/electric bikes?

Yes, we have a great range of eBike rentals from e-commuters to e-mountain bikes (eMTB) and even e-road bikes. To see our full range of eBikes and rates please visit our eBike page.

Is it possible to do a group booking?

Yes, the bike shop can cater for small groups in most circumstances however we generally need 7 days notice. Please contact us to discuss your group booking.
