Once you have reserved and paid for your bike rental we will have your bike ready to be picked up from our Geelong Bike shop. If you have arranged delivery we will contact you in advance to arrange a drop off location and time.

When your ride is complete, return the bike and all supporting kit to the Geelong Bike shop, if you have arranged pickup we will contact you in advance to arrange a pickup location and time.

All bikes will be fitted with the basic repair and puncture kit. Event mechanics will be on hand to assist you with anything you are unable to resolve yourself. Accidental damage coverage is offered (additional cost) on each bike rental for $49.99 which will cover up to $1,000 of damages. Any damage occurred (outside of normal wear and tear) is the responsibility of the renter. For full details refer to our Accidental Damage product disclosure statement.

Yes, if you have particular pedals you would like to use simply bring them to the Geelong Bike Shop or the event and an onsite mechanic can assist with replacing them as required.

Costs will depend on which bike you rent and the duration you have selected.

• 5 day event (25 Nov - 29 Nov) / Orbost - Sale
• 9 day event (25 Nov - 3 Dec) / Orbost - Wonthaggi

Along with your bike rental we can provide bike delivery and pickup service from our Geelong store to each start and end point (Sale, Inverloch, Orbost) for $199 per bike. If you require this service select "delivery / pickup charge" during the booking process.

Any damage occurred during the event to the bike (other than normal wear and tear) is the responsibility of the renter.

For peace of mind we offer Accidental Damage Cover (PDS) cover for $49.99. This will cover any damage of your rental bike up to $1,000 for the duration of the event. You will find the option available during the check out process.
