Once you have reserved and paid for your bike rental we will have your bike ready to be picked up from the Bike shop. If you have arranged delivery we will contact you in advance to arrange a drop off location and time.

When your ride is complete, return the bike and all supporting kit to the bike shop, if you have arranged pickup we will contact you in advance to arrange a pickup location and time.

All bikes will be fitted with the basic repair and puncture kit. Race Day Accidental damage coverage is offered (additional cost) on each bike rental for $100 which will cover up to $1,000 of damages. Otherwise any damage occurred (outside of normal wear and tear) is the responsibility of the renter. For full details refer to our Accidental Damage product disclosure statement.

Yes, if you have particular pedals you would like to use simply bring them to the South Geelong Bike Shop and our mechanic can assist with replacing them as required.

Costs will depend on which bike you rent and the duration you have selected.

Along with your bike rental we can provide bike delivery and pickup service (extra charge) from our Geelong stores to your accommodation or an agreed meeting point within Geelong CBD. If you require this service, contact us for availability and a quote.

No, your rental periods needs to reflect the entire time you wish to have access to the rental.  If you have already made a booking please contact us and we can look to amend your booking to cover you for the full period.

Daily (1 Day) rentals begin at 10am with the bike to be returned to the bike shop by 4pm unless previously organised for a later time or a pick-up scheduled (surcharges apply).

Multi-day rentals can be picked up between 10am and 4pm and are to be returned to the bike shop by 4pm on the designated return date unless previously organised or a pick-up scheduled (surcharges apply).

Any damage occurred during the event to the bike (other than normal wear and tear) is the responsibility of the renter.

For peace of mind we offer Race Day Accidental Damage Cover (PDS) cover for $100. This will cover any damage of your rental bike up to $1,000 for the duration of the event. You will find the option available during the check out process.
