Public Holidays: We are open selected public holidays which include Labour Day, Australia Day, Canberra Day, Easter Monday, Anzac Day, Reconciliation Day and the King’s Birthday.
We are closed Easter (Good Friday) and our Christmas/New Year shut down period.

Our Geelong bike shop partners can deliver/pick-up bike rentals to Geelong, Torquay, Bellarine or the Otways for an extra charge and requires 48+ hours notice. The Delivery and Pick-Up service is currently only available from our Geelong and Belmont bike shops, for more information please visit our bike delivery page.
If you require delivery / pick-up outside our listed suburbs or regions please contact us prior to your rental to quote and organise this service.
All bike shop rentals are regularly serviced and maintained to the highest standard by the bike rental shop mechanics and are checked prior to being released to the customer. If a mechanical failure occurs during the rental period and is of no fault of the customer, return the bike rental to the rental shop and we will fix the failure or organise a replacement rental bike asap.
Damage that occurs as a result of an accident or incorrect usage will be assessed and the relative charge applied to have the bike repaired. We highly recommend taking our accidental bicycle cover starting from $25 per bike per day for peace of mind that will cover you up to $1,000 with a $50 claim excess.
If you opt to not take out accidental bicycle insurance and damage occurs to the bike hire, unfortunately we'll have to charge you the full amount of the damage at shop rates.
You will need to bring a valid driver's license and credit card (we may require a pre-authorisation) when you collect your bike rental.
You will also need a way to transport your bike rentals via an approved bike carrier. If you don't have one, we suggest discussing your options with the bike shop otherwise it is mandatory to take out accident cover with each of your bike rentals. You can choose this in the 'Extras' section of the product page when booking your rental.

Yes, our Belmont or Central Geelong bike shop can cater for small groups in most circumstances however we generally need 7 days notice. Please contact us to discuss your group booking.

No, your rental periods needs to reflect the entire time you wish to have access to the rental. If you have already made a booking please contact us and we can look to amend your booking to cover you for the full period.
Daily (1 Day) rentals begin at 10am with the bike to be returned to the bike shop by 4pm unless previously organised for a later time or a pick-up scheduled (surcharges apply).
Multi-day rentals can be picked up between 10am and 4pm are to be returned to the bike shop by 4pm on the designated return date unless previously organised or a pick-up scheduled (surcharges apply).
All of our bike shop partners are closed on Sundays and select public holidays inclusive of the bike shop's Easter (Good Friday through to Easter Monday) & some selected dates over the Christmas & New Year period. At times rentals can still be organised well in advance however surcharges apply starting from $50 per order (not per bike hire). If approved this surcharge will be sent out via a separate email to be paid prior to bike hire pick-up.
Sunday and Public Holiday orders should be booked with advance notice (minimum 48+ hours).
Bike rentals must be transported using an approved bike rack, as outlined in our terms and conditions. Not all racks are compatible with our bikes, and improper transport may result in damage for which the customer is responsible.
For your convenience, our Belmont bike shop offers bike carrier rentals at affordable rates. Be sure to check our Accessories (product) page to confirm that your vehicle has the correct insert or tow-ball required for the carrier before booking.
Yes, but only certain bikes are approved to be used for timed events or racing. These bikes will have a Race Day Event Surcharge of $100 per bike, available under the "Extras" section on the product detail page. This fee provides coverage for damages up to $1,000, with a $50 excess (out-of-pocket cost).
⚠️ Important: The Race Day Event Surcharge only covers the bike on the race or event day.
If you’re hiring the bike for multiple days beyond the event, we strongly recommend adding additional accident coverage for those extra days:
Single Day Accident Cover – $25
Multi-Day Accident Cover – $50 (covers up to one week)
