We have a range of "commuter" style rentals that have narrower tyres and "hard tails" (front suspension only) that a perfect for getting around on harder surfaces. These bikes have flat bars and flat pedals with a range frame size. We offer both pedal and pedal assist (e-bikes) in this category.

We ended... read moreMy wife and I both live in Geelong and really wanted to do the full length of the famous bellarine rail trail but we knew it was a stretch to do the full length return of almost 80km. We ended up renting a couple of e bikes to help us remove the physical barrier so we could enjoy the scenery. Oh boy how right we were in renting e bikes. The whole experience was painless as I booked online and opted to pick up the bikes from the bike shop instead of paying a little extra to get them delivered. I had a bike rack but there are options to rent a bike rack as well within the same transaction which is quiet convenient. Once we got the bikes we started at the Geelong Showgrounds and travelled all the way down to Queenscliffe. I won’t talk more about the experience as I think you need to experience it for yourself. Thank you Rent My Bike for offering such an amazing service. The bikes we hired were proactively brand new top of the range. And for what we paid, it’s ridiculous value. Highly recommend. The guys at the pick up store can also offer tips on where to go and what to do. Oh and for those thinking the bikes may not last the distance, they absolutely do and then some! No range anxiety. read less
